We are seeking an individual who has a deep understanding of antibody discovery and development to join our team as a Sales & Client Development Manager Antibody Services.  As a Sales & Client Development Manager, you have excellent communication skills, and are able to establish and conduct clear and professional communications with clients.  You have a high level of organization, and the ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources to achieve company and client objectives.  You are self-motivated, and enjoy working in a demanding, fast-paced client focused environment.

About the Role:

In this role, you will play a lead role in growing sales in North America, and identifying opportunities to expand the current capabilities toward being an all-service solutions provider. You will lead generation and development, serving as a liaison for meetings at tradeshows and conferences to arrange and conduct visits with prospective clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating scientific plans, preparing quotes, communicating with clients in a professional and friendly manner, and providing scientific explanations, data exchange and interpretation.  This position is U.S. based and can be done remotely. 

About You:  

  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar, client-facing field
  • In-depth understanding of biological, or biotechnological processes is required, in particular antibody discovery and development
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • High level of organization and ability to prioritize tasks to achieve company and client objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple key accounts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to prioritize work according to changing priorities, requests, or projects
  • Willingness to work in a demanding, client-focused environment and on occasion during hours outside the standard workday and week

Education

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field required
